Organizational Change Management (Business Analyst) — Remote
Client: State of Georgia / Georgia Tech OIT
Duration: ~9 months | Hours: ~40/week | Fully remote
Overview:
Georgia Tech’s Office of Information Technology seeks an Organizational Change Management contractor to support a campus-wide web modernization and governance initiative. The contractor will help prepare stakeholders for changes to web governance, website lifecycle management, accessibility expectations, intake workflows, and modernization standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications plans.
- Coordinate readiness activities, training logistics, and adoption support.
- Create presentations, job aids, FAQs, and user guidance.
- Document and socialize new web governance standards and intake procedures.
- Partner with project, technical, and communications teams; track risks and adoption barriers.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in OCM, Communications, Business, IT, HR, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in change management, communications, technology adoption, or related roles.
Preferred:
- Experience in higher education, public sector, or large organizations.
- Experience with web governance, digital modernization, accessibility, ServiceNow/intake processes.
- OCM certification or coursework (Prosci/ADKAR) preferred.
