Position Details
  • Location: North Chelmsford, MA (100% Onsite)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Travel: Up to 20% (fully reimbursed)

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Windows servers and workstations
  • Deploy hardware and software solutions remotely and onsite
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application issues
  • Provide technical support to end users and customers
  • Perform system testing, QA, and software validation
  • Create technical documentation and conduct user training
Required Skills
  • Windows Server Administration
  • MS SQL Server
  • Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, SMTP)
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
  • VMware / Virtualization
  • Dell Server Configuration
  • Audio/Video Systems Experience
  • AI Technology Exposure
