HyperGen Inc. is seeking a Metrics Business Analyst / Junior Database Developer to support a U.S. Navy operational support environment located at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, Florida.

This role will support database development, metrics reporting, operational analysis, and process improvement initiatives supporting Navy maintenance, logistics, and readiness operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Access, SharePoint, SQL, and reporting experience and be comfortable working directly with operational stakeholders and leadership teams in a fast-paced government environment.

Metrics Business Analyst
Junior Database Developer

Candidates may align more strongly with one role while still possessing overlapping technical capabilities.

Required Skills

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum three (3) years of experience with:
- Microsoft Access
- SharePoint
- SQL
- VBA
- Business analysis and/or database development
Active Secret Clearance required prior to start
U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain databases and reporting solutions
Create metrics dashboards, charts, and analytical reports
Support operational readiness and maintenance tracking initiatives
Assist with data cleanup, migration, and process improvement efforts
Participate in status meetings with government stakeholders
Provide technical recommendations and reporting solutions
Support ongoing enhancements to existing Access and SharePoint applications

Work Environment

Full-time onsite at Naval Station Mayport, FL
