Location: Onsite in McLean , VA / Plano, TX Monday to Friday
Onsite interview required
Must Have Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in design, implementation, and production support of Appian BPM applications.
- Strong developer experience using Java while Python experience is a huge plus.
- Must have thorough understanding of relational databases, specifically DB2.
- Proficient with SQL, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST).
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Appian BPM Lead to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level BPM solutions.
- The role involves leading Appian-based application development, integrating systems (APIs, LDAP, Oracle, etc.), and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices. The candidate will drive solution design, support stakeholders, conduct reviews, and contribute to BPM CoE initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 9-15 years in IT, with 3+ years in Appian BPM
- Strong experience in BPM design, integrations, and enterprise systems
- Knowledge of Agile, architecture principles, and cloud/on-prem environments
