Summary

Description
Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager, Digital Product & Experience to help shape ecommerce experiences across the customer journey, with an initial focus on ecommerce experiences that help customers evaluate products, build confidence in purchase decisions, and remain engaged after purchase. Areas of focus may include user-generated content, ratings and reviews, and post-purchase experiences.
You'll partner closely with UX/UI Design, Engineering, Site Experience, Brand & Creative, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to turn business goals and customer needs into clear product opportunities, requirements, and shipped experiences. The role requires partnership across Product, Engineering, Site Experience, and Brand & Creative, as well as owning roadmap planning, prioritization, discovery, experimentation, and execution.
We are a growing, fast-moving business, and priorities here evolve as we scale. You'll be someone who can operate with autonomy, ramp quickly into new domains, bring structure to ambiguous problems, and stay focused on delivering customer and business outcomes as priorities shift. Some of what you'll take on will span multiple teams or business units, so you'll need to be comfortable aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving work forward without needing everything defined upfront.
You should bring strong ecommerce product fundamentals, sound customer judgment, comfort using data to inform decisions, the ability to learn quickly, and the ability to run the product process autonomously with guidance and support when needed.
What You'll Get To Do
Own product discovery, requirements, and execution for assigned ecommerce experiences, with an initial focus on mid-funnel and post-purchase areas such as user-generated content, ratings and reviews, and customer confidence after purchase.
Translate customer needs, business goals, data, and cross-functional input into clear product opportunities, user stories, requirements, and success metrics.
Partner closely with UX/UI Design to frame problems, evaluate customer journeys, assess tradeoffs, and move from discovery through design, development, launch, and iteration.
Partner with Engineering to clarify scope, support sprint planning, make pragmatic tradeoff decisions, and help ensure work ships with quality and speed.
Collaborate with Site Experience, Brand & Creative, Analytics, Customer Service, and other partners to ensure ecommerce experiences are cohesive, customer-centered, and measurable.
Support roadmap planning and prioritization for your product area, helping sequence work based on customer impact, business value, effort, dependencies, and learning goals.
Use data, customer feedback, competitive research, and experimentation to identify opportunities and evaluate whether shipped work is delivering the intended impact.
Write clear product briefs, requirements, launch plans, and updates that help teams stay aligned and move quickly.
Coordinate initiatives that span multiple teams or business areas, helping manage dependencies and keeping work moving.
Adapt as priorities evolve, with the potential for the role to expand into broader mid-funnel experiences such as search, product detail pages, app experiences, or other ecommerce journeys over time.
Qualifications
Who you are:
4-6+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce, retail, marketplace, consumer digital, or a related digital product environment.
Strong product fundamentals. You can frame problems, understand customer needs, define requirements, prioritize effectively, make tradeoffs, and drive work from idea through launch.
Experience owning products or features within an ecommerce environment, with exposure to multiple parts of the customer journey.
Ability to operate autonomously while partnering effectively with leaders, designers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Strong partner to UX/UI Design and Engineering, with the ability to balance customer experience, business goals, and technical constraints.
Data-informed and impact-oriented, with experience using analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and performance data to inform decisions.
Experience leading product discovery and translating insights into clearly defined and actionable requirements.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives and coordinating work across teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and communicate priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs.
Curious, resourceful, and adaptable, with a bias toward learning and continuous improvement.
Exposure to AI-assisted workflows, customer insight synthesis, prototyping, or workflow automation.
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms is a plus.
