Role Overview
This role is for a developer with experience in full-stack development and data engineering within an Agile environment. The position involves designing, developing, and optimizing web and database solutions, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support mission-critical applications. This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop applications based on specifications provided by software developers or stakeholders.
- Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to support application functionality.
- Conduct testing and trial runs to validate the accuracy and performance of applications.
- Maintain, update, and improve existing programs to increase efficiency and adapt to new requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Document data lineage, processes, and technical specifications.
- Develop advanced T-SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Develop and support reporting solutions using SSRS, including dataset design.
- Partner with technical and business teams to clarify requirements and troubleshoot issues.
Required Qualifications
Education: A BS/BA degree is required.
Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience is required. Candidates must have experience supporting and developing custom web-based applications.
Technical Skills:- 7+ years of experience with Angular.
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server.
- 5+ years of experience using Bootstrap UI, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery for website design.
- Experience in Cloud development.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps for workload planning and management.
- Technical troubleshooting, code debugging, and problem-solving skills for custom-built applications and databases.
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with others.
- Organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
