Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 13+ years of experience in driving product strategy, roadmap planning, product development, and market growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the complete product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements through customer feedback, market research, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver innovative products.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
• Create product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile product development processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• Manage product budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise, SaaS, web, mobile, or digital products.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering and UX/UI teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Product Management certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent.
• Experience managing global or cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau.
• Background in digital transformation initiatives.
