Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on custom Salesforce development experience to join a fast-paced Agile team supporting Financial Client. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and DevOps practices, along with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

Experience & Core Competencies
  • 3-5 years of custom Salesforce development experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and "can-do" attitude


Salesforce Development Skills
  • Apex
    • Triggers, controllers
    • Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Future, Queueable)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Advanced JavaScript (ES6+)
    • Modern LWC framework development
  • SOQL & SOSL
    • Efficient query writing
    • Experience handling large data volumes within governor limits
  • Web Technologies
    • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript


Integration & Data Management
  • APIs
    • REST API integrations
    • GraphQL experience (preferred)
  • Data Modeling
    • Designing custom objects, relationships, and schema architecture


DevOps & Tools
  • Version Control
    • Git (GitLab primarily; GitHub and Bitbucket experience a plus)

    • Salesforce DX (SFDX)

    • Change management best practices


Certifications (Required)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2)

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification
  • AI/Einstein or Salesforce AI specialization experience


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine user stories and participate in:
    • Story estimation
    • Gap analysis
    • Feasibility assessments
  • Partner with Technical Leads to:
    • Analyze requirements
    • Create high-level system design and architecture documentation
  • Participate in 2-week sprint cycles delivering:
    • Apex triggers
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flows
    • OmniScripts
  • Develop Apex test classes ensuring minimum 75% code coverage
  • Perform code commits, back merges, and conflict resolution using Git
  • Participate in:
    • Peer reviews and code reviews
    • Bug fixes for testing and production environments
    • Deployment and release support
    • Technical documentation
  • Actively engage in Agile ceremonies:
    • JAD sessions
    • Daily stand-ups
    • Sprint planning
    • Retrospectives
