Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect Artificial Intelligence to lead and drive AI/ML operational strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AIOps, MLOps, and telemetry, with a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable AI-driven systems in enterprise environments.

Performance Expectations

• Architect and implement scalable AIOps and MLOps frameworks.
• Design and manage telemetry systems for monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.
• Ensure operational excellence of AI/ML platforms across development and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
• Drive automation, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Hiring Criteria (Must-Have Skills)

AIOps

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Experience building intelligent automation for IT operations
• Proficiency in anomaly detection, event correlation, and predictive analytics

MLOps

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience with ML lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring)
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines for ML models
• Experience with model governance and reproducibility

Telemetry

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Strong experience in observability frameworks
• Expertise in metrics, logging, and distributed tracing
• Experience with performance monitoring tools and instrumentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, etc.)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
