Senior Organizational Change Manager - NJ , NY, CT -Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools to create communications, presentations, messaging, FAQs, and program updates.
• Develop and execute communications plans for large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Create executive presentations, newsletters, infographics, professional videos, and multimedia content using modern storytelling techniques.
• Coordinate communications across program workstreams and align with enterprise OCM teams.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, communicate complex changes clearly, and identify communication gaps and adoption risks.
• Manage SharePoint communication sites, content libraries, templates, branding, and deliverable tracking.
• Respond quickly to urgent requests, changing priorities, and tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of OCM, program communications, or transformation communications experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Hands-on AI experience using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools for communication and content creation.
• Strong creative writing, storytelling, executive communication, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Practical experience creating videos, infographics, multimedia, or digital communication assets.
• SharePoint content management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to execute independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-assisted presentation, video, and visual design tools.
• Experience developing reusable AI prompts and communication workflows.
• Familiarity with change adoption, employee engagement, and enterprise OCM programs.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-enabled communications and modern multimedia content.

Key Deliverables:

• AI-enabled communication plans, executive presentations, and stakeholder messaging.
• Videos, infographics, multimedia assets, and reusable communication templates.
• SharePoint content libraries, program branding, and visual standards.
• Stakeholder engagement materials and communication effectiveness insights.

Ideal Candidate:

A hands-on, technology-oriented communications professional who combines OCM expertise with practical AI adoption, creative content production, rapid execution, and adaptability. Candidates with only traditional OCM planning and stakeholder management experience, without demonstrable AI and multimedia capabilities, are unlikely to be a fit.
