• Configure dashboards, alerts, SLOs, and notifications aligned with performance requirements
• Onboard new applications and services into New Relic monitoring
• Maintain and tune alert thresholds to reduce noise and improve signal quality
• Partner with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support performance monitoring needs
• Troubleshoot performance issues using New Relic data and assist in root cause analysis
• Manage New Relic agents, integrations, and basic API usage
• Ensure monitoring standards and documentation are maintained
• Support ongoing performance and availability initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience administering New Relic in a production environment
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Experience monitoring Java, .NET, or Node.js applications
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and basic cloud concepts (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• Understanding of application performance metrics (latency, throughput, error rates)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Kubernetes or container monitoring
• Basic scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Exposure to CI/CD or DevOps toolchains
• Prior experience in a performance or SRE support team
