Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain, Logistics amp; EDI Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing SAP Supply Chain and Logistics programs, EDI integrations, cross-functional teams, and third-party implementation partners. This role requires strong program management, stakeholder management, and SAP delivery expertise to ensure the successful implementation of business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP Supply Chain and Logistics programs involving SAP SD, MM, EWM, WM, and related modules. Manage multiple EDI integration workstreams with customers, suppliers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). Drive program governance, planning, budgeting, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution. Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, testing, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee integration testing, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare support activities. Manage implementation partners, external vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery teams. Provide executive-level reporting, project status updates, and stakeholder communications. Ensure business readiness, process adoption, and operational continuity during SAP implementations. Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and alignment across business and IT teams. Establish and maintain project documentation, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of SAP Program/Project Management experience. Strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain and Logistics domains including: SAP SD (Sales amp; Distribution) SAP MM (Materials Management) SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Hands-on experience managing EDI integrations (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, VANs). Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs. Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, warehousing, order fulfillment, and logistics execution. Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and external business partners. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
