Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Hyperion Consultant to support financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes. The candidate should have strong experience with Oracle Hyperion tools and work closely with finance and IT teams to enhance financial systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on Oracle Hyperion Planning, HFM, and Essbase implementations and support.
Develop and maintain financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting applications.
Design and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Hyperion tools.
Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Perform data integration and validation between Hyperion and other financial systems.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for Hyperion applications.
Collaborate with finance teams to improve financial reporting and analysis processes.

Required Skills:

6+ years of experience working with Oracle Hyperion Suite.
Hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, and Smart View.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data integration.
Good understanding of SQL and financial data structures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in Financial Services or Insurance domain.
Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud.
Experience with ETL tools or data migration.
