Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner with strong Oracle Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) experience to support a large wealth management client in the Corporate Finance product domain.

The role combines Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Oracle ICM functional expertise, supporting requirements, configuration, enhancements, integrations, testing, releases, and production support across the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into product requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support and manage the Oracle ICM product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization
• Analyse business processes, compensation rules, data flows, integrations, and system dependencies
• Partner with Product Management, Business, Technology, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Support Oracle ICM configuration, enhancements, integrations, testing, releases, and production support
• Define and improve incentive compensation processes including plan design, transaction processing, crediting, calculation logic, approvals, payments, and reporting
• Analyse data, validate results, perform reconciliation, and identify downstream impacts
• Lead requirements discussions, facilitate meetings, and drive alignment across matrixed teams
• Support Agile delivery and participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Manage competing priorities across enhancements, defects, production support, compliance, and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate work, assign tasks, and mentor team members when required

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on Oracle Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) experience
• Oracle ICM implementation, upgrade, optimization, or transformation experience
• Experience with compensation plans, rules, crediting, classifications, hierarchies, quotas, payments, and statements
• Strong Business Analysis / Product Ownership experience
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and implementation plans
• Experience with Oracle ICM integrations, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Strong understanding of financial services and incentive compensation
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
