FULLY ONSITE Bilingual Help Desk Analyst (English/Spanish) for one of our clients based in Greensboro, NC. This assignment is anticipated to be a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. Description:This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local and remote end-users. The Help Desk Analyst goal is to achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills, willingness to work overtime, and most importantly working as a team.
A key component of this position is the ability to deliver technical support in both English and Spanish, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. Candidates must demonstrate professional, technical-level proficiency in Spanish to effectively assist Spanish-speaking end users.
Key Skillsets:- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Able to explain technical concepts, document incidents, and assist end users fluently in both languages.
- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and customer support in Spanish, not just conversational fluency.
