Job Description

The candidate should have extensive knowledge of CRM Sales modules and be a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect with hands-on experience in complex customizations and configurations.

Key Technical Skills:

• Well-versed in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript, and Portals.
• Experience in designing the architecture of the solution.
• Ability to lead technical positions for applications dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability), and alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business and solution design teams, translating requirements for the technical team.
• Address any technical questions or clarifications.
• Serve as the single point of contact (Technical SME) and Management lead for all reviews, reporting, sign-offs, and approvals.
• Work hand-in-hand with Infosys, Microsoft, and the client to track technical progress and resolve issues.

Requirements

Minimum Experience: 12 15+ years.

Certifications Needed: Dynamics 365.

Mandatory Skills: Client-facing experience, leading design discussions, and providing technical clarifications.

Good to Have Skills: Exposure to Agile Scrum ways of working is a MUST.
