Technical Business Analysis - Advisor

TITLE: Technical Business Analysis - Advisor

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Define, analyze, evaluate, design and deploy credit card fraud prevention solutions to meet technology and business needs. Translate business requirements into specific functional solutions, process flows, data flows, message data mapping, user and system interface designs, business rule definitions, use case specifications, and software and infrastructure component definition. Collaborate with Systems Architect(s) and SMEs to develop high-level solution designs. Prepare Functional Design deliverables by analyzing requirements, constructing diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications. Coordinate the technical solution across several technology teams in a matrix organization. Interface with third-party vendors during design to ensure coverage of the business needs and compliant integration to meet our requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving technical analysis or business analysis in technology systems. Prior experience must include: 4 years working in financial technology systems; 4 years of application architecture, integration architecture, security architecture and data architecture; 4 years estimating, scheduling, organizing and planning project deliverables; 4 years facilitating complex data gathering, requirements, and design collaboration meetings; 3 years developing and documenting technical specifications and business requirements; 3 years working with debit card, credit card, or payment products and services; and 3 years working in Agile with Scrum methods using Jira.
