We are seeking a hands-on #Manufacturing Engineer to design, optimize, and support high-efficiency production processes in Dallas. This role bridges the gap between design and the shop floor, focusing on #Sheet #Metal #Fabrication and Automation.
🛠️ Key Technical Focus
Sheet Metal Value Stream: Support and train employees on fabrication implementation.
Equipment & Automation: Setup, machine programming, and commissioning of Lasers and Press Brakes for future automation.
Specialized Support: Provide Copper Brazing expertise and operator training.
Process Control: Develop workflows, #SOPs, and Standard Work to be leveraged across other plants.
📋 Responsibilities
Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) from prototype to full production.
Evaluate designs for Manufacturability and provide feedback to design teams.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (#CAPA) and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
Analyze #KPIs and production data (Excel/Minitab) for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
🎯 Qualifications
Education: BS/MS in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant manufacturing expertise.
Skillset: Lean Manufacturing principles; #Lean #Six #Sigma certification is a plus.
Communication: Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
