Summary
Location: Remote (US-based candidates preferred)
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience in requirement gathering, process flows, and user stories
Hands-on with SQL, Excel, and Figma
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
Government/Public sector experience
SAP S/4 HANA or ERP systems
CRM tools (Microsoft CE preferred)
Data Migration / ETL experience
MS Project
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and process improvements
Create business process flows, blueprints, and user stories
Collaborate with development teams for solution delivery
Perform testing (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality delivery
Maintain documentation and support project lifecycle activities
