Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – CrowdStrike & Ping Identity

Monitor and investigate Crowdstrike detections, Tier 1 and Tier 2 fraud, account takeover (ATO), and related security events.  Conduct case management activities, including alert triage, investigation, disposition, escalation, and documentation.  Maintain accurate and complete investigation records to support audit, reporting and operational requirements.  Track and report on metrics, trends, and case outcomes.  Develop, maintain, and optimize detection rules and alert logic to improve detection coverage while reducing false positives. Experience on pingID and PingFederate. Operate effectively within a risk-based framework to prioritize threats and support timely response.  Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring processes, investigative procedures, documentation, and detection capabilities.
