Position: Performance Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
In-depth knowledge on Performance tools standards and clear understanding of Software performance engineering process.
1. Able to Independently manage performance engineering teams
2. Hands on experience in conducting tool evaluations
3. Ability to review & develop quantitative performance test requirements
4. Preparation of Performance test plan & test report
5. Indentify the performance Bottleneck analysis skills (Profiling & Diagnostics)
6. Knowledge on Preparation of performance scripts covering stress and endurance tests
7. Knowledge on NeoLoad, HP Mercury tools - Load Runner & Performance Center Test Execution skills or equivalent.
8. Knowledge in at least performing bottleneck analysis in various Operating systems (Windows 2003, Unix, Aix & Solaris) and various protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, Citrix, etc).
Preferred Skills
1. Should be able to Manage multiple projects from inception to post implementation using performance engineering methodologies.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent teamwork skills.
4. Knowledge and experience with application architecture, relational database, Microsoft .NET and related technologies: C#, HTML, , IIS, apache, web sphere, web logic, Oracle, SQL, etc.
