Project Engineer x2 - High Rises & Multi-Family - Denver & Boulder - Top ENR GCYour new companyOur client is currently seeking to hire high performing Project Engineers to assist in the award of High-Rise & Multi-Family Projects across the Denver Metro Area & Boulder regions.
Our partnership client is a Top 20, Nationally rated ENR Design Build General Contractor established for almost 100 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier builder to work on significant, high-profile projects across Denver Metro and to become part of the growing Mountain West team.
Your new roleAs a Project Engineer - you will be working on a wide range of builds from High-Rise Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Commercial, Hospitality etc. across Denver/Boulder and providing support to the Project Manager in a range of areas. This includes but is not limited to - aiding in the Planning & Design, Quality, Contractual Elements, and Stakeholder Management etc
It is a wide-ranging role that will require you to spin multiple plates - however, it will give you great end-to-end exposure of Cradle to Grave Projects that will greatly benefit you as you grow into a full Project Manager.
What you'll need to succeed- Prior experience in the Construction Field - ideally High-Rise and/or Multi-Family
- An Engineering/Construction Degree would be extremely desirable, followed by 1-2 Years with a GC
- Basic level understanding of Commercial Construction (RFIs etc)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- An ambition to grow into a full Project Manager
