Senior Salesforce Architect - Remote / Telecommute

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Define technical strategy, platform architecture, and integration frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while guiding teams and stakeholders.

Requirements/Must Have:

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with 4 5 years in an architect or technical lead role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, identity resolution, and data modeling.
• Strong expertise in Health Cloud including care management and healthcare interoperability.
• Strong integration architecture experience using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC, SOQL, platform events, and flows.
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
• Strong understanding of security architecture including sharing models, OAuth, and data protection.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture for Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Define technical strategy, architecture design, and integration patterns.
• Own technical delivery from discovery through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design sessions, and enforce governance standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across the project lifecycle.
• Design and implement Data Cloud solutions including ingestion, identity resolution, and activation strategies.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enable intelligent workflows and personalization.
• Design Health Cloud solutions for care management, patient engagement, and provider integration.
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, ITSM, and data platforms.
• Establish API governance, monitoring, and error handling frameworks.
• Lead and mentor technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Should Have:

• Experience with AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Exposure to healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and advanced integration patterns.
• MuleSoft or equivalent integration certifications.
• Additional Salesforce cloud certifications.
