Pay Range:$58.80-$84.00 Per Hr

Description
This role involves processing member requests and inquiries for a financial institution in Pensacola, FL. 
It is a contract position requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
The role involves working with various communication channels and requires proficiency in generic technology platforms.
Receive and process member requests to establish and update accounts.
Respond to inquiries across multiple channels, supporting member acquisition and retention.
Open accounts and maintain products including savings and custodial accounts.
Communicate with applicants to resolve incomplete applications.
Work with security personnel to assess potentially fraudulent applications.
Perform system adjustments for personal and commercial records.
Serve as point of contact for account action and closures.

Key Responsibilities
Process and approve incoming service request tasks through multiple media channels.
Review and resolve inquiries and issues from members or escalated by other units.
Ensure documentation compliance with guidelines and regulatory statutes.
Maintain member relations by processing requests to update account access.
Support implementation and validation of changes and new product information.

Qualifications
Ability to exercise initiative and make sound decisions for member service.
Effective skill in handling escalated or difficult situations professionally.
Ability to work with diverse internal and external customers.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
