Summary
Seeking a Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office and can also Support processing of MES O&M requests/deliverables. Candidate should have good experience with experience supporting IT projects, change management activities, and project deliverables. They should be skilled in maintaining project documentation, tracking logs, databases, version control, and recurring/ad-hoc status reports. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with project teams, SMEs, PMO teams, vendors, and management to ensure timely processing and alignment of deliverables. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with the ability to support activities throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office. Support processing of MES O&M requests/deliverables.
Be able to process new requests for deliverables, design docs that come thru in a timely manner; these deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.
Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that make up Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
Along with DDI deliverables they will be responsible for processing MES O&M requests/deliverables.
Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.
Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities.
Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.
Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.
Complete change management requirements/tasks.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.
Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders. Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program/project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.
Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.
Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.
