Summary

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required (Must provide proof at time of interview)

Seven (7) years of experience supporting workplace technologies services is required

Five (5) years of experience managing IT support, systems, processes, and vendors is required

Three (3) years of experience managing or supervising is required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Experience supporting workplace technology services in a large healthcare system
  • Experience in defining, measuring, and managing service level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Proven financial management skills, including operational budget tasks
  • Awareness of workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools
  • Strong working knowledge of IT workplace technology services
  • Experience with implementing and managing ITIL processes, including knowledge, incident, change, service request, problem management, configuration management, release management, capacity management, and major incident management
  • Experience with vendor management, including success in conducting RFPs and vendor service transitions
  • Experience in assessing and mitigating risks associated with workplace technology services
  • Experience in leading technology change and deployments
  • Experience managing or supervising personnel working under a collective bargaining agreement

Demonstrated leadership, coaching and personnel development skills as well as the ability to motivate employees in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to adhere to department policies and standards utilizing best practices

Ability to prioritize, plan and organize projects and tasks

Physical and Environmental Demands
This position is functioning within a healthcare environment. The incumbent is responsible for adherence to all hospital and department specific safety requirements. This includes but is not limited to the following policies and procedures: complying with Personal Protective Equipment requirements, hand washing and sanitizing practices, complying with department specific engineering and work practice controls and any other work area safety precautions as specified by hospital wide policy and departmental procedures.
