Job Description
We are seeking a Infor LN/Baan Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Baan4c4, Infor CloudSuite Automotive (ICS) or Infor LN 10.6+, and ION-based integrations and a proven ability to deliver finance functional solutions, integrations, testing, and period-close outcomes within multi-company environments.
Responsibilities:
- Create functional specifications, author and execute test cases, and perform data loading and environment setup.
- Design and implement integrations for Infor LN using the ION tool with BODs, BDEs (extensions), and XML.
- Execute finance functional processes including multi-company configuration, GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Costing, advice of entry, and miscellaneous journals.
- Build and support interfaces with other ERPs for issues, receipts, adjustment journals, purchase invoices, and debit and credit memos.
- Run trial balances and manage financial period closures.
- Apply knowledge of EDI and electronic invoicing to support compliant transactions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical consultants and lead cross-functional working sessions.
- Communicate status, risks, and issues and provide guidance to end users and business leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Baan4c4 and Infor CloudSuite Automotive (ICS), or Infor LN 10.6 and above.
- Integration of Infor LN using ION, including BODs, BDEs (extensions), and XML.
- Functional Finance and Accounting expertise across multi-company setup, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Costing, advice of entry, and miscellaneous journals.
- Experience with interfaces to other ERPs for issues, receipts, adjustment journals, purchase invoices, and debit and credit memos.
- Ability to run trial balances and execute financial period closures.
- Knowledge of EDI and electronic invoicing processes and standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of Infor and BaaN technical components.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Education or background in Finance.
