Position: SME/Analyst - Agile Scrum (SAFe)
Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract (W2)
Requirements:
- Minimum Hands-on exp of 8+ years managing projects.
- Experience in Shield Financial Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Shield systems, especially in the area of Financial Compliance.
- Experience in migrating from Bloomberg vault to this Shield platform.
- Experience in shield communications and surveillance and shield software experience (shield platform) and not shield salesforce experience - Shieldfc.com/platform/proactive-surveillance/
- Experience of managing projects in Financial Services Cap Markets is necessary.
- Should have experience with PM/SM activities including but not limited to managing scope, cost/budget, schedule, risks on project, stakeholder management.
- Experience with creating status and progress reports and metrics around schedule & effort variance, defect management, quality, etc.
- Experience of performing Change Management & Control for Agile projects.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is added advantage.
