Position Overview

Our client is seeking an Oracle reporting specialist with advanced experience in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to support several active reporting and dashboard initiatives within the HR Operations and HRIS team. This consultant will assist with the development, optimization, and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions within the Oracle environment to support HR operational insights and decision-making.

The engagement is expected to last a minimum of three months, with the potential for extension depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle OTBI reports and dashboards supporting HR and operational reporting needs.
Design and build Oracle FDI dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
Collaborate with HR Operations, HRIS, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports, queries, and dashboards for performance and accuracy.
Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting quality checks across Oracle reporting environments.
Provide recommendations for best practices in Oracle reporting and dashboard design.
Assist with documentation and knowledge transfer to internal HRIS staff.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience developing Oracle OTBI reports and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
Experience building interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.
Ability to translate business reporting needs into technical design.
Experience working with HR or ERP reporting environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a consultative contract role.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM reporting.
Experience with data modeling, analytics, or enterprise reporting environments.
Prior experience working with healthcare, university, or public sector organizations.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting architecture.
