Salesforce Tester, $35 per hour on W2 Only, (100% Remote), Multi-year long project

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct accessibility testing of Salesforce Lightning pages, flows, dashboards, and custom components to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 standards across desktop and mobile. Validate both standard Salesforce components and custom LWCs using assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, and high-contrast modes, while verifying proper focus management, ARIA labeling, and semantic structure. Experience in Axe Dev tool to do the accessibility testing.

As a Salesforce Tester, you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Create test scenarios, test cases, test execution and supports data creation and environment configuration.

• Participates in client demo and walkthrough of E2E flow to the client, supporting UAT testing. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for demo, test documentation and work closely with functional lead and product. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Experienced in requirement and test management tools like: Azure DevOps.
• Advance knowledge in Salesforce, API testing and SQL required.
• System Defect Management and System Integration Testing (SIT) at an advanced proficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
