Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design, develop, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and integrations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules, OIC integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Cloud reporting technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Build inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
• Develop and support OIC orchestrations, mappings, lookups, fault handling, and adapters.
• Create and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and data migration solutions.
• Develop BI Publisher (BIP) reports, OTBI reports, and dashboards.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Absence Management.
• Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare technical design documents.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot integration, reporting, and data migration issues.
• Follow Oracle Cloud development standards, security policies, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience.
• 3+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.

• BI Publisher
• Fast Formulas
• SQL / PL-SQL
• REST & SOAP APIs
• XML, JSON, XSLT
• UCM, SFTP
• Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with ERP, Payroll, Identity Management, and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM data model and security framework.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Knowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and Design Studio.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Education

• Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
