Role Summary
We are hiring four junior support resources to assist the client New York division program manager and key business users during Phase 2 of a CDP-enabled transformation. The role is execution- and enablement-focused, supporting use case delivery, campaign activation, testing, documentation, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ideation, refinement, and documentation of CDP-driven marketing use cases
  • Contribute to and validate training materials, use case documentation, and process guides
  • Assist with campaign setup and execution aligned to defined use cases
  • Participate in solution business testing (UAT), issue tracking, and validation
  • Support performance measurement and documentation of CDP impact on business outcomes
  • Help business users adapt to a new operating model, including new workflows and ways of working
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, MarTech, analytics, or consulting support roles
  • Working knowledge of marketing campaigns, audiences, and performance metrics
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in structured programs with governance and multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to execute against defined processes
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to CDPs, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools
  • Retail / beauty / CPG experience
  • Experience supporting transformation or change programs
