Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)
Required Experience:
1. 12+ years of experience in developing and maintaining detailed project plans (including work breakdown structures).
2. 12+ years of experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
3. 12+years of experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Legislature or Steering Committee.
4. 12+ years of experience with Budget and Financial Management, including Cost Analysis/Cost Benefits.
5. 12+ years of experience leading and managing projects.
6. Experience in Risk Management:
7. 12+ years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation.
8. 12+ years of experience with risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking.
9. 12+ years of experience using Microsoft Project or comparable project management software to track and maintain projects.
10. Experience in Project Deployment
11. 12+ years of experience in leading project teams and effectively conducting the project to meet project objectives.
12. 12+ years of experience in delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e., defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget and other specified criteria.
13. 12+ years of experience managing project oversight, especially Independent Verification and Validation activities.
