Summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Talent Programs Specialist (Operations and Administration) for a RIGHT TO HIRE assignment with one of our premier Consumer Product Goods clients in Tampa , FL .

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Provide year-round operational, administrative, and coordination support across Early Careers Program, Strategic Talent Partnerships, and Talent Attraction.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for recruiter screens, panel interviews, and final interviews
  • Manage candidate scheduling, travel arrangements, and onsite interview logistics
  • Support offer administration, onboarding activities, and new hire coordination
  • Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, networking events, and related logistics
  • Manage recruiting materials, swag inventory, shipping, and distribution
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, goods receipts, and other procurement activities
  • Coordinate external partnership meetings and maintain partnership records, documentation, and communications
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Attraction, including job board administration, user access management, communication campaign setup, and system maintenance
  • Support recruiting systems administration, reporting, data management, and audit activities
  • Edit, proofread, and distribute recruiting and partnership communications
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine candidate, university, and partner inquiries
  • Oversee inventory management, vendor coordination, and maintenance of recruiting materials and supplies
  • Support intern orientation, onboarding, summer programming, and participant logistics
  • Coordinate vendor services, including catering, security requests, badges, room reservations, and distribution lists
  • Track recruiting activities, event participation, budgets, and operational metrics
  • Maintain calendars, project plans, and administrative documentation for recruiting and partnership initiatives
Required Experience:
  • 2-5 years of recruiting coordination, HR coordination, talent acquisition operations, or related experience
  • Procurement, invoice processing, or PO management experience
  • Event planning and logistics coordination
  • Strong calendar management and interview scheduling experience
  • Excellent attention to details, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills, organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not required):
  • Experience supporting university recruiting or Early Careers programs
  • Experience working with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience managing external partnerships or vendor relationships
  • Experience supporting recruiting events, onboarding, or candidate logistics
  • Prior experience supporting internship, MBA, veteran, or campus recruiting program
