Genesis10 is currently seeking a Service Engineering Coordinator for a contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in Weston, FL. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for administering and operating systems and inventory for the Robotic Service Engineering organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the progress of critical materials through the entire service and release process, interacting with systems like SAP and ServiceMax to maintain traceability and quality documentation.
Responsibilities: - Administer and operate the Robotic Service Engineering organization's systems and inventory
- Ensure progress of critical materials throughout the receipt, inspection, service, and release process
- Interact with SAP, ServiceMax, and local systems to ensure traceability and quality documentation
- Control the flow of goods and documentation associated with depot functions
- Interface with production, procurement, depot technicians, and SAP experts to ensure an integrated and efficient approach to the flow of materials
Requirements: - Possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks
- A basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based
- Ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships to drive continuous improvement
- Highly effective communication skills
Desired skills: - 2 years of experience in medical capital equipment systems
- Experience with SAP, ServiceMax, or Expandable
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience with automation
Pay range: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
