Description:
Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects across government agencies. This role ensures that initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. The Project Manager will coordinate resources, manage risks, and serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with state policies, regulations, and procurement guidelines.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates with stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
