Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with strong expertise in federal program delivery, Agile methodologies, and data/analytics or AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with federal governance standards, and managing cross-functional teams within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality for program delivery within federal boundaries.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, staffing models, and release roadmaps.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Manage and maintain integrated risk and issue logs covering technical, security, schedule, and staffing risks.
• Provide weekly status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including business, IT, and external partners.
• Ensure readiness and quality of deliverables such as Solution Design Documents, security artifacts, and training materials.
• Support and coordinate security/ATO processes and ensure compliance within federal environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of federal program/project management experience
• 5+ years of Agile delivery experience (data, analytics, or AI solutions)
• Strong experience with federal reporting, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with risk/issue management and stakeholder coordination
• Excellent communication skills (executive and technical level)

Required Certifications:

• PMP or PgMP (or equivalent certification)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience working with federal security/ATO processes and IRMS boundary environments
