Overview: Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for a large state healthcare organization. Drive adoption of legislatively mandated behavioral health software across counties/providers. Build GTM function from scratch, manage rollout, legacy migration, and value realization.

Core Responsibilities

Develop rollout strategies (pilot → statewide), success metrics, and communication plans
Drive product adoption and behavioral change from legacy → digital workflows
Build GTM playbooks, readiness frameworks, and cross-functional alignment
Track ROI: adoption rates, time savings, compliance improvements
Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, HCD for statewide execution

Must-Have Experience

10+ years GTM, product enablement, OCM, or operational readiness
3+ years leadership building GTM/adoption functions (playbooks/standards)
Healthcare/Behavioral Health/Public Sector experience required
Legacy system migrations at scale
