Business Analyst – Salesforce (Party Data Model)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise, specifically experience in the Salesforce Party Data Model. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective data modeling, stakeholder alignment, and successful Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business units.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Act as a liaison between business teams, Salesforce developers, and architects.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
Salesforce & Party Data Model Expertise
Work extensively with Salesforce Party Data Model, including:
Individual (Person Accounts / Contacts)
Organization (Accounts)
Relationships between parties
Household and affiliation models
Define and optimize data structures for customer, partner, and relationship management.
Ensure proper mapping between legacy systems and Salesforce data model.

Data Analysis & Governance
Analyze data flows, data quality, and integration points.
Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
Ensure compliance with data governance and data privacy standards.
Define rules for deduplication, hierarchy, and relationship integrity.

Solution Design & Documentation
Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data models.
Collaborate with technical teams on solution design aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Support configuration decisions (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules).

Agile Delivery & Testing
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
Define acceptance criteria and support UAT activities.
Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

Integration & System Understanding
Work on integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, banking systems, etc.).
Understand APIs, middleware, and data synchronization processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
Proven experience with Salesforce Party Data Model / Customer 360 data modeling.

Strong understanding of:
Accounts, Contacts, Person Accounts
Relationship modeling
Data governance and data quality
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good-to-Have
Experience in Financial Services / Banking domain.
Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst).
