1. Business Experience Architecture
- Partner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps
- Design end-to-end experience architecture across marketing content data and journey orchestration
- Align Adobe solutions with business KPIs conversion engagement retention ROI
2. Adobe Ecosystem Leadership
- Architect and integrate solutions across
- Adobe Experience Platform AEP Realtime customer data platform
- Adobe Experience Manager AEM Content and digital asset management
- Adobe Workfront Workflow and marketing operations
- Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO AJOD Realtime journey orchestration
- Customer Journey Analytics CJA Cross channel analytics and insights
- Define data flows schemas identity resolution strategies and governance models
- Ensure optimal use of realtime profiles segmentation and activation
3. Frontend Experience Delivery
- Guide frontend architecture using modern frameworks React Nextjs etc
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend layers and AEMAEP
- Drive best practices in performance personalization and UX consistency
4. Agentic AI Integration
- Design and implement Agentic AI driven workflows for
- Autonomous campaign optimization
- Intelligent content generation personalization
- Predictive customer journey orchestration
- Integrate AI agents with Adobe ecosystem for decisioning and automation
- Establish governance frameworks for AI transparency accuracy and ethics
5. Data Insights Strategy
- Architect unified data models enabling 360 customer view
- Leverage CJA and AEP for Realtime and historical insights
- Enable closed loop measurement systems across marketing and experience delivery
6. Stakeholder Program Leadership
- Act as a bridge between business marketing data and engineering teams
- Lead solution design workshops and executive presentations
- Mentor teams and define architecture standards and best practices
