Summary

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Winfield, IL (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager with over 8 years of experience in both inside and outside sales within the refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, expand sales territories, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and strong customer relationships. This individual should be experienced in identifying new market opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and delivering customer-focused refrigeration solutions while consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage inside and outside sales teams to achieve revenue targets and business growth within the refrigeration industry.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase sales territories.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including distributors, contractors, and key industry partners.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  5. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to sales team members to improve productivity and results.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
  7. Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver refrigeration solutions that meet customer needs.
  8. Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on sales metrics to senior leadership.
  9. Drive territory expansion initiatives to penetrate new markets and increase company revenue.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.

Required Qualifications

  1. 8+ years of Sales experience (inside sales & outside sales).
  2. Strong experience in leading Sales team.
  3. Strong experience in expanding Sales territories.
  4. Experience in Sales specific to Refrigeration and Refrigeration industry
