Role: Web Application Developer Agentic AI

Location: Bellevue, WA

Duration: 24 Months

Job Description:

• Strong hands-on experience developing modern web applications
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end application development frameworks
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating APIs and backend services
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in hosted or cloud-based environments
• Hands-on experience working with generative AI technologies and large language models
• Familiarity with Claude and/or other enterprise LLM platforms
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts, including tool use, multi-step workflows, and integration with external systems
• Experience converting prototypes or proof-of-concept applications into maintainable production solutions
• Understanding of application authentication, authorization, security, and enterprise deployment considerations
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise APIs, databases, and other systems
• Strong understanding of software development, testing, version control, and deployment practices
• Demonstrated ability to translate loosely defined business objectives into application requirements and technical solutions
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience working with and leveraging Claude
• Experience developing applications using other enterprise LLM platforms (Open AI, etc.)
• Experience with React, Next.js, or comparable modern web frameworks
• Experience developing secure enterprise applications
• Experience with cloud application hosting and deployment
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and orchestration patterns
• Experience developing prototypes and rapidly iterating with business users
• Strong product mindset and attention to user experience
• Strong people skills, team orientation, and professional judgment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and work effectively with people from different technical and business backgrounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with non-technical audiences

Job Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand the goals behind application concepts, prototypes, and AI-generated artifacts
• Convert Claude-created HTML artifacts and other AI-generated prototypes into functional, maintainable hosted web applications
• Determine appropriate application architectures based on business objectives and enterprise requirements
• Design and develop front-end and supporting backend application components
• Integrate applications with APIs, enterprise systems, data sources, authentication services, and AI capabilities
• Develop and implement agentic AI workflows where they provide meaningful business value
• Review and improve AI-generated code for reliability, maintainability, scalability, security, and user experience
• Partner closely with developers, architects, data teams, security teams, business users, and leadership
• Collaborate openly, share ideas and expertise, receive feedback constructively, and support team success
• Communicate architecture, functionality, limitations, risks, and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay current on emerging AI application development patterns and recommend practical uses where they can improve business outcomes.
