Job Title: Portfolio Manager / Senior Infrastructure Program Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

Mode of work: Hybrid  (minimum of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week).

Contract:  12-18 months – with possible extension up to 24 months

Role Summary:

• The Portfolio Manager / Senior Infrastructure Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure initiatives across Core Technology Infrastructure. This role operates above team level Agile execution and requires portfolio level oversight, strong infrastructure fluency, and the ability to roll up work across programs for senior leadership.
• The consultant will manage delivery across network, hosting, cloud, and application/database services, ensuring initiatives move from intake through implementation and compliance while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards.
• This role requires flexibility, strong ownership, and the ability to rotate seamlessly between initiatives as work completes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio level delivery across multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives
• Provide end-to-end ownership: planning, execution, integration, risk, and delivery
• Drive coordination across multiple technology teams and vendors
• Roll up initiative status, risks, and dependencies into executive Level views
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change standards and audit/risk processes as needed
• Partner with technology leads, product owners, and stakeholders across CTI
• Transition smoothly between initiatives as programs complete and new work starts
• Work in Jira, Jira Align, and dashboards to track and report progress

Required Experience:

• Strong end-to-end program or portfolio management experience in large enterprises
• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, not single projects
• Background supporting infrastructure and platform teams
• Proven ability to face off directly with senior technology and business leaders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-Moving environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tools & Methodologies:

• Jira, Jira Align, dashboards, reporting tools
• Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe exposure helpful)
• Experience supporting enterprise scale initiatives
