Strong experience in Java development (Java 8/11/17 or above).
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related Java frameworks.
Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
Proficiency in Python programming for automation, integration, or backend development.
Exposure to the Spec Driven Development .
Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
Experience with source control tools such as Git.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar solutions.
Experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot to improve developer productivity.
Exposure to cloud-based AI services on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience integrating GenAI capabilities into Java and Python-based applications.
Experience building AI-powered APIs, assistants, copilots, or agentic workflows.
Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Agents, and enterprise AI solution architectures
