Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of AI-powered products and platforms, managing scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, milestones, and multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Security, Architecture, Data, and other stakeholders to prioritize AI capabilities based on business value, feasibility, risk, adoption, and delivery objectives.
- Establish delivery practices that support rapid experimentation while maintaining production quality, reliability, operational readiness, and supportability of AI-enabled products.
- Drive adoption of AI engineering practices, monitor delivery performance, facilitate Agile activities, communicate project status, and support continuous improvement across AI product delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
6+ years of experience leading end-to-end project management and delivery in complex enterprise environments, including experience delivering AI-powered products and platforms across cross-functional engineering teams.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
AI product delivery, Agile project management, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI engineering practices, model evaluation, prompt testing, AI observability, performance monitoring, AI product lifecycle management.
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Experience managing complex government technology initiatives across requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and operational transition while coordinating state agencies, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Experience leading delivery of enterprise AI-powered products and platforms, coordinating Product, Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Data teams across multiple workstreams and delivery milestones.
- Experience managing AI product delivery and operational readiness, including AI capability prioritization, production quality, reliability, supportability, performance monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience establishing delivery frameworks for AI and Agentic AI initiatives, balancing rapid experimentation with business value, feasibility, risk, adoption, governance, and production requirements.
