Position Summary
Talent Groups is seeking a skilled Full Stack AI Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize intelligent applications for enterprise customers. In this role, you will work across the full technology stack to build cloud native, AI driven solutions that integrate with complex customer environments.
You will collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver scalable applications, develop AI powered workflows, and support implementation strategies. This position requires strong technical skills, customer facing experience, and a passion for applying AI to real world business and security challenges.
Occasional travel within North America may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer environments and workflows to design AI driven solution architectures tailored to business needs
- Lead end to end deployment of AI powered applications, including model integration and pipeline customization
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and responsive web interfaces using modern full stack frameworks
- Prototype, train, evaluate, and deploy AI models using both traditional machine learning and generative AI techniques
- Collaborate with engineering leaders on deployment strategies and product roadmap improvements
- Research emerging AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity technologies and apply new approaches to customer solutions
- Provide technical guidance to customers and mentor junior engineers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- Six or more years of software engineering experience with customer facing deployments
- Full stack development experience such as JavaScript or TypeScript with React and backend development in Node.js, Python, Go, or Java
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience using AI assisted development tools such as VS Code with Copilot or similar platforms
- Strong prompting skills for large language models to support development, testing, and refactoring
- Familiarity with model evaluation and fine tuning methods such as SFT, PEFT, LoRA, or RLHF
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen
- Experience deploying containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced SQL and data modeling experience
- Experience with CI and CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Experience leading cross functional technical projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills in fast paced environments
