Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir Foundry initiatives or similar enterprise data & analytics platforms.
🔹 Partner with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, developers, and business stakeholders.
🔹 Manage Agile/Hybrid project execution, sprint coordination, release planning, and dependencies.
🔹 Coordinate cross-functional teams across Data & Analytics, Cloud, Infrastructure, Integration, Security, and business teams.
🔹 Support data pipelines, data products, analytics applications, workflows, and operational use cases.
🔹 Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, budgets, resources, and delivery metrics.
🔹 Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive communications.
🔹 Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, production deployments, and stabilization.
🔹 Manage vendors, resources, technical dependencies, and delivery risks.
🔹 Drive continuous improvement, Agile execution, and platform adoption.
✅ Required Qualifications
⭐ 5–10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
⭐ Enterprise technology, Data & Analytics, data platform, or digital transformation experience
⭐ Palantir Foundry experience highly preferred
⭐ Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data engineering, integration, analytics, APIs, and cloud technologies
⭐ Strong Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid delivery experience
⭐ Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6
⭐ Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
