Summary
Role: SAP HCM, Success Factors
Interview Process: 1 round, Virtual/Online
Duration of the Contract: 12 months
Possibility for Extension: Yes
Work Location: Hybrid - onsite schedule will be determined by hiring manager after start.
Candidate Location: No South Carolina residency required. Open to nationwide candidates - All travel-related costs for onsite work will be the responsibility of the resource, regardless of the frequency of onsite work.
Required Skills
· Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
· 4+ years’ HCM Functional experience using SAP in a professional environment.
· Understanding of SAP Portal technology
· Functional knowledge of SAP HCM, Success Factors
Participates in team activities and team planning regarding improving team skills, awareness and quality of work.
• Document processes, designs, and testing activities.
• Performs data updates utilizing tools such as SAP LSMW and EpiUse Data SyncManager (DSM).
• Assist functional team with technical directions to design high quality solutions.
• Provide solid, error-free and efficient technical solutions with the minimum management supervision.
• Working knowledge of the HR Cluster tables
· Mail Services in SAP through Standard API
· General understanding of accounting process
· Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP
