Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in React Native, JavaScript, mobile application development, AWS, and cloud/system architecture. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software development and technical leadership experience and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET/C#.
- Develop and support mobile applications using React Native.
- Work with JavaScript and modern frontend technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Design scalable and secure systems and cloud architectures.
- Develop and maintain applications and services on AWS.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Leverage AI development tools, GitHub Copilot, and Kiro to improve development productivity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other technical teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of software development / technical leadership experience
- Strong experience with .NET / C#
- Strong experience with React Native
- Strong JavaScript development experience
- Experience developing 4–5+ mobile applications
- 4–5+ years of AWS experience
- Strong knowledge of System Design and Cloud Design
- Experience with AI development tools, GitHub Copilot, and Kiro
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale application development projects.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-native development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Arrangement
Fort Lauderdale, FL – Hybrid
Candidates must be available to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely per week.
