We are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving application performance monitoring, observability, and performance optimization initiatives across enterprise environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Serve as the primary Dynatrace expert, providing guidance on implementation, configuration, and best practices.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynatrace into monitoring and observability frameworks.
✅ Analyze application performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve system performance and user experience.
✅ Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, reports, and monitoring solutions.
✅ Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops on Dynatrace best practices.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues alongside development and operations teams.
✅ Stay current with Dynatrace advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
✅ Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.
🔹 Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration, implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.
✔ Deep understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability principles.
✔ Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
✔ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
➕ Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Dynatrace Certifications (highly preferred)
